Tom Reiter

Tom Reiter is Chief Technology Officer of Quetico, where he leads technology across the company's logistics, distribution and fulfillment operations. He brings 35 years of experience in supply chain management and warehousing to the role.

At Quetico, Reiter sets technology strategy and provides technology support for both new and existing customers. His remit covers the corporate facility and every subsidiary account location, so the systems he is responsible for have to serve many different customer programs at once, each with its own requirements. For a new customer, that work starts before the first order ships, with the technology in place so the program runs cleanly from day one.

Before joining Quetico in 2024, Reiter served as Chief Information Officer at Carhartt, Vice President of Retail Technology at Hallmark Cards and Vice President of Business Enabling Systems at PetSmart, three companies whose businesses depend on moving large volumes of product through demanding distribution networks. That experience across manufacturing, retail and consumer brands informs the technology decisions he makes for Quetico's customers today.

Reiter holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

He started his career as a software engineer at 20, and that technical foundation still shapes how he works. Outside the office, he plays golf and makes time for family.
